Shipping Methods
Our company collaborates with reliable courier companies and also utilizes its own resources for serving orders within Attica. Below you can find the available shipping methods:
1. In-house Delivery (For Attica Region)
For orders destined for areas within Attica, our company offers free or low-cost in-house delivery.
- Delivery Time: Delivery within Attica is completed within 1-2 business days, depending on order volume and delivery schedule.
- Charges: For orders exceeding €100 + VAT, shipping is free. For smaller orders, a €5 charge applies, which will be displayed upon order completion.
- Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
2. Shipping via Courier Services
For small or medium-volume orders, shipments are processed through courier companies. Delivery times depend on the order volume and the courier’s delivery schedule.
- Shipping Charges:
- For orders within Attica exceeding €100 + VAT, shipping is free. For smaller orders, a €5 charge applies, which will be displayed upon order completion.
- For orders outside Attica, charges are borne exclusively by the recipient and are calculated based on the order’s weight, volume, and destination. These charges will be displayed during the order completion process.
- Order Tracking: If available, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.
3. Shipping via Freight Forwarder
For bulky orders or orders outside Attica, we offer the option of delivery to the customer’s preferred freight forwarder. The process is detailed below:
- Charges: Shipping and transport costs are borne exclusively by the recipient.
- Transport Arrangement: The customer selects and informs us of their preferred freight forwarder.
- Delivery to Freight Forwarder: We deliver the products to the freight forwarder, and from that point onwards, responsibility for the safety and timely delivery of the products is transferred to the freight forwarder.
If the customer does not have a specific freight forwarder, we can suggest alternative shipping solutions.
4. International Shipments
For partners outside Greece, we offer international shipments via courier or freight forwarders.
- Delivery Time: Delivery time varies depending on the destination.
- Duties and Customs Charges: These are borne by the recipient.

- Shipping Costs: These are calculated based on the destination, volume, and weight of the products.
- Delivery Delays: In the event of unforeseen delays, you will be informed promptly.
