Product Returns
In our online store, we strive to offer our partners high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that there may be instances where product returns are necessary. Our return policy covers issues of withdrawal, warranty, and product replacement. Below are the detailed terms and procedures:
1. Right of Withdrawal
According to current legislation, the right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (natural persons) who make purchases for personal use. In transactions conducted between businesses (B2B), the right of withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise provided by the partnership agreement or special agreements made between the parties.

- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, which must be in good condition and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- Return costs are borne by the partner, unless there is an error on our part.
2. Product Returns (Non-Defective)
For your better service, we provide the option to return products under specific conditions and after consultation with the respective seller. Returns are accepted only for products that meet the following criteria:
- Incorrect orders: If products different from those ordered are delivered, you can return them for replacement or credit, provided the products remain unused and in their original packaging.
- Products in good condition: Returns are accepted only if the products have not been used, remain in their original condition and packaging, and are accompanied by the purchase invoice.
3. Returns of Defective Products (Warranty)
- Warranty duration: The duration of the warranty varies by product and manufacturer. The exact period is stated in the accompanying documents of the product.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are covered by us only in cases where it is determined that the product is defective due to a manufacturing error. In all other cases, the costs are borne by the partner.
- Replacement or repair: If it is determined that the product is covered by the warranty, replacement or repair will be carried out at no charge.
4. Product Return Procedure
To request a return or replacement of a product, follow the steps below:
- Contact: Contact us within 10 working days of receiving the product by accessing the link below and completing the necessary fields, or by sending an email to rma@gricgroup.gr.
- Return approval: We will review your request and inform you about the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back to us.
- Product shipment: Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice and any other accompanying documents. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the partner, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Replacement or Credit: After receiving and inspecting the products, we will inform you of the progress of your request. If the return is approved, you will be offered either a replacement of the product if available, or a credit to your account for future purchases.
5. Exceptions to Returns
Returns are not accepted for products that:
- Have been used or are not in their original condition.
- Are not in their original packaging, which must be in good condition.
- Have been custom-made or personalized according to the partner’s needs.
- Are returned without our company’s approval or without the necessary accompanying documents (e.g., invoice).
